FEIGNED WORDS

  THE IMPORTANCE OF

KNOWING EVERY WORD

OF GOD

By Jack L. Frost

Beware of Feigned Words
The Importance of Knowing Every Word of God

Psalm 12:6 The words of the LORD (are) pure words: (as) silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Proverbs 30:5 Every word of God (is) pure: he (is) a shield unto them that put their trust in him. 6 Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar

There is only one book in all the world that is infallible, inerrant, and unchanging. This one and only book of books is the Holy Bible. It is the pure written every word of God that is so important until God has placed His Word "above" His "name" (Psalms 138:2). There is nothing written in this book that is wasted or not needed. Every word of every line of every precept is Divinely inspired and profitable for "doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness" (II Tim. 3:16). This means as the original manuscript of the received Greek textus receptus renders the translation into English: every precept is literally" God breathed". The four-fold purpose of the Word of God as is given in verse 16 is for the ultimate objective as it is written in verse 17: 2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture (is) given by inspiration of God, and (is) profitable  for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Therefore, since God's Word is above His own name, it is important that every true student and believer take heed to the importance of knowing every word so as to avoid Satanic deception and heresy. This is why Jesus Christ of Nazareth - the Living Word who became flesh and blood as you or me (John 1:1,4,14; I John 1:1-2) - faced temptation being in all points tempted like as we are (Heb. 4: 15), showing us a perfect example of how to avoid deception and overcome the Devil by declaring unto Satan what God inspired Moses to write in Deuteronomy 8:3. Jesus spoke these words that are recorded in two gospels as follows: Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Luke 4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God. There is much error and "damnable heresies" abroad throughout the world today regarding what is the truth as it relates to Bible prophecies and the doctrine of Jesus Christ. The professed "Christian community" as a whole is awash on the sea of uncertainty as to what God's Word really speaks on some critically important matters involving the "principals of the doctrine of Christ" and the prophecies mainly because of two things: the altering or changing the meaning of the pure words of God (which is taking away from), and the use of feigned words (which is adding to) what God has already perfectly designed and inspired to be written. It amounts to a "famine" for the hearing of the word. This is a fulfillment of a prophecy by Amos in his Old Testament book. Amos 8:11 Behold, the days to come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord.

First, there is no desire to hear. Jesus said If any man have an ear to hear let him hear. Second, there are many who purport to be preaching the gospel and the truth who are not really declaring the word. Thus, some hungry souls who want to hear are given fables and fairy tales by false preachers and teachers who are merely "gainsayers". They are not declaring "the faithful saying, worthy of all acceptation" (I Tim. 1: 15,4:9; Titus 3:8). Paul commanded Timothy to "preach the word", so the lack of this also results in a famine of ... hearing the words of the Lord".

Many might say, that no famine is evidenced in the world today because there is so much gospel being preached and taught through so many mediums - radio, TV, satellite, the printed page - and missionaries going to the nations throughout the world. This is no doubt true, that we have more means than ever of evangelizing because we have so many so-called "gospel preachers" in the land. But let us look closely at what God inspired Peter to write to us concerning what would be prevalent among us.

In the second epistle of Peter, chapter 2, verses 1 through 3, there is warning given by God that is not to be taken lightly. This warning concerns the use and the hearing of words. It is a serious warning to everyone about the changing, altering or use of feigned words.

2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. 2: And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. 3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

God is telling the church - the "body of Christ" - through His Apostle, that as there were false prophets among the people in days of old, so shall there be false teachers among the church in the last days as well. These false teachers, we are specifically warned, would bring in damnable heresies (verse 1). They will have many followers (verse 2), and they will be speaking evil of the way of truth (verse 2). We should note each one of these characteristics carefully.

Then, in verse 3, we are told of one of their traits that we are to watch for and which is a definite way for us to not guess, but truly, know them by their fruit.. Here we are told that they will usefeigned words. This is the way or device for Satan to make merchandise of those who follow them. This is the way they will, and in their covetousness, make gain off their hearers. This is why some preachers and teachers are "gainsayers" (Luke 21:15; Titus 1:9). This is precisely how so many multitudes have been taken into the great here sies of Joseph Smith, Brigham Young, and Mormonism. The same applies to the Jehovah's Witnesses and all other cults existing and propagating their lies of Satanic deception that is leading innumerable multitudes to unending eternal damnation in the lake of fire and brimstone (Rev. 21:1; 22:15; 1 John 2:21,22).

This is why we have so-called smart Bible Scholars and Bible translators who have dared to change and alter the Eternal Word of God with their unscrupulous adding and removal of words and precepts.

These men and women are fools who think themselves to be wise. Read New Age Bible Versions by Gayle Riplinger, which deals with the travesty of such modem versions as The New KJV, The American Standard Version, The Amplified Bible, the Living Bible, and the absolutely corrupted, perverted and anti-Christ New International Version now owned by the Rupert Murdock organization. 64,000 words have been removed from the

original authoritative Greek text that can be traced back to Antioch in Syria, where the first Gentile church was established. The King James 1611 version - the every word of God - Bible - is the most hated translation to ever be printed. Beware, Dear Soul, of any and all so-called "Bible" translations that add or remove words.

What Are Feigned Words?

Feigned words are words that are false or fictitious. In the scriptural context, this means they are not to be found anywhere in the precepts, lines, or pages of God's Holy Book. They are not to be used or countenanced by those who profess the Name of God or Christ.

When we come to think that we can presume upon the wisdom of God, in that we can conjure up words that were not inspired by the Holy Spirit to be written in God's Word, then we have already opened wide the floodgates of our souls for Satan's "damnable heresies". Please do not try to think yourself wiser than God, Dear Soul. He will utterly confound you if you try (I Corinth. 1:19-29).

This is the greatest tragedy of Eve, as is evidenced by looking closely at Genesis 3:3. Eve, in trying to reason with the Devil, actually added to the words of God. Moses warned against this when God inspired him to write: Deuteronomy 4:2: Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish aught from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.

Again, in Proverbs 30:6-7, we have God's clear outline for avoiding error and knowing and understanding truth, if we will but hear and follow it: Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

From the beginning of his dangerous and subtle deceptions that brought about the fall of man and continues to wreak havoc on the human race, Lucifer has used two means to accomplish his dastardly deeds of destruction (Genesis 3:1). One is changing and altering God's words, as he did with Eve, and the other is to "countervail" (Esther 7:4 - #7737 in Strong’s Old Testament Lexicon) or counterfeit the power of God and the demonstration of the Holy Ghost. Satan is still working his subtlety today and will until Jesus Christ brings him to defeat in the battle of Armageddon. This is why knowing words every word and not deviating from what is written (Psalms 89:34) is so important.

If Eve had not tried to reason in her own mind and not conversed with the Devil she could have escaped his subtle snare and entrapment and the horrible fall and its eternally destructive consequences on mankind, as well as the terrible suffering of childbirth that has come down on all women since (Genesis 3:16; I Tim. 2:12). The tragedy with Eve was even as it is today with the masses of man with his supposed great achievements in science, medicine, and the creation of a "New World Order" for global control with a one-world government system. Because the intellectual man thinks himself to be so wise as to not adhere to the unchanging and infallible words of the one and living God - the great creator who is perfect in wisdom, knowledge and power. This is not only so in the secular world, but Lucifer has maneuvered his way even into our Christian denominational churches, our pulpits, and our publishing houses.

In Revelation 22: 18-19, we are warned about the seriousness of either adding to or taking away from what is written in this book. Yet, it seems that in view of all the warnings, some men are just too wise in their own minds to listen and take heed to it as it is written.

Some are naive and not purposeful in their hearts to disregard God's Word in its admonition not to use feigned words; words that are not inspired by the Holy Ghost, and thus, are not to be spoken or used when we are discussing the teaching or doctrine of God.

To illustrate, I shall set forth at least four proofs of words or an expression or statement of words that are used much today and which I shall prove to be not inspired by the Spirit and are feigned words. These words are rapture, immersions, initial physical evidence of the Holy Ghost, and sharing the gospel.

They may appear to be innocent, harmless, and justifiable, doing no harm, but they are not. Nowhere in all of the Holy Scriptures can these feigned words, statements, or expressions be found. Their usage is false and fictitious and alter and change the pure every word inspired Word of God. Please note John 8:31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, (then) are ye my disciples indeed. Again, the Living Word declared in John 8:47 He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear (them) not, because ye are not of God. Do you have an ear to hear?

Beware, Dear Soul, I warn you! Keep only to the every word of God. Do not add to or take away from. By following this command of God, we avoid deception and find the way "into all truth" (John 16:13) and life eternal.
